Easter is coming up and these Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Bites are perfect for this holiday! They are so good that they don't even need any frosting (and that's saying a lot, because I love frosting!). These are a delicious bite of Graham Cracker Crust, Cheesecake, and a touch of Raspberry Yumminess.

Tomorrow night I will be doing a demonstration for 20 elementary school aged girls on how to make my Mini Cupcake Heels. Apparently there will be several boys there too. So instead of coming home with a pair of pink Cupcake Heels, they will be bringing home these adorable Sports Cupcakes! That is if they don't eat them first.

Chocolate Minis with Irish Creme Frosting

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! These Chocolate Minis were infused with some delicious Starbuck's Coffee and is topped with a delicious buttercream frosting. Keeping it PG, the buttercream has International Delight's Irish Creme coffee creamer in it, giving it that Irish Creme kick that's dripping with St. Patrick's Day spirit!

I will be taking these babies to a Women's Get Away this weekend up at the Dillard House!

Friday night was a special night as I got to make my Cupcake Heels for the first Sole Sister Party of Open Hand, Inc., an organization that is raising money for Crocs for Kids, and for Micro Loans for women in Burundi and Kenya, Africa.
