Red Velvet Brownie Bites with Raspberry "Hug"!

They might not have frosting, but these Red Velvet Brownie Bites were good!! The Hershey's Raspberry "Hug" that I added on top, really made these treats delicious!

Dulce de Leche Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Frosting!

These cupcakes just kept getting better and better with each layer!!

First, I made thee MOST delicious salted caramel! It was spoon lickin' good! The salted caramel is what went into the frosting.

Then I made dulce de leche, which went into the batter of the cupcake.

This adorable A-Cup is topped with crushed Heath Bar and drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce.

My friend, who has been to Spain and has a bachelors in Spanish (thereby making her an expert, in my opinion), said they tasted just like real dulce de leche.

Cornbread Cupcake with Honey Buttercream Frosting!

Every year my church does a Chili Cookoff in the fall. And every year I strive to make the best chili for the judges (some local firemen)...and lose. So this year I decided to do something completely different and made a Cornbread Cupcake with Honey Buttercream Frosting. They were SO GOOD!

Once again, I didn't take pictures. I swear I won't do that anymore! So let me paint a "word picture" for you. These little A-Cups weren't just a piece of cornbread. It was definitely a light, fluffy "cornbread cupcake"! I don't know about you, but I really like my cornbread with some butter and honey on top. So I made up my own recipe and created a Honey Buttercream Frosting! Perfection! THEN (yes, there's a "then"), then I dusted the cupcake with Chili Powder!!! It was one, maybe two bites of cornbread, honey, chili goodness!!

I proudly took my Cornbread Cupcakes to the Chili Cookoff, where everyone devoured them, and ranted and raved about how amazing they were. And guess what?! There were no judges this year.

Baby's 1st Birthday "Smash Cake"

This 1st Birthday "Smash Cake" is a recipe that has no dairy in it. The fluffy frosting is called "7 Minute Frosting" and also has no dairy in it. My arm about fell off making the "7 Minute Frosting", but it was worth it, seeing the sweet birthday girl enjoy her 1st birthday cake!
Baby's 1st Birthday "Smash Cake" is made out of a DD-Cup.

Rainbow Cupcakes!

Rainbow A-Cups and C-Cups.

The theme for my friend's little girl's first birthday party was "Rainbow Colors". Not only is the frosting fun, bright colors, but the cake is also colored.

Chocolate Chip Cookie A-Cups with The Best Chocolate Frosting Ever!

Here are those delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie A-Cups, all lined up and ready to be devoured! A homemade chocolate chip cookie is baked in the middle and there's even a mini cookie "hat" on top. I also made these for church and they were gone instantly!

Very Vanilla Cupcakes with Strawberry Fudge Frosting!

Another amazing cupcake that I foolishly did not take a picture of (never again!). This cupcake was inspired by some strawberry fudge that my husband received as a Christmas gift from a student (he teaches 5th grade). I used the fudge like cream cheese and folded it into whipping cream. I could have eaten it by the spoonful! The Strawberry Fudge Frosting also tasted amazing on top of hot chocolate or coffee!

Hot Chocolate Cupcakes with Peppermint Whipping Cream Frosting!

Shame on me...I didn't take pictures of these delicious cupcakes, but they were gooooood! I made these for an outdoor Christmas party. They hit the spot!

Blueberry Pancake A-Cups with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting!

I made these for church in January. They were a hit! Let me tell you just how good that Maple Cream Cheese Frosting is! It's good! We had some friends over for brunch during one of Atlanta's "It's cold and wet outside, so we better cancel school" Days, and put the leftover frosting on our waffles. Mmmm!
